Yoga Is ... Creating a Life That Matters
Through my practice, I am brought back continually to mindful attention and conscious choice. My practice is about learning to be present with the way things are; to fully accept myself and others in all the ways that humanity plays out in us.
The yogic journey guides me to see perspective when needed, to be non-judgmental and open-minded. Yoga speaks to me of what it means to be a decent human being , the importance of being kind and compassionate, guided by love and compassion and grounded in gratitude.
Join me as we learn, together, how to live in Yoga, a state of grace.
Shannah has been practicing and teaching yoga for sixteen years. From the start of her journey with Iyengar Yoga and the esteemed teacher, Patricia Walden, she knew she had found her life’s path and calling.
